I have always found talking about myself quite difficult and in general I prefer to let my work speak for me. As it usually happens with the best things in life, my encounter with photography happened completely by chance. I am a self-taught photographer, as fate would have it. I love Dire Straits’ music, Kustirica’s films and Kant’s philosophy, as well as reading Orwell or Pirandello’s writings in front of a fireplace during winter. I love wandering around Abruzzo’s wild mountains, watching the sunset on a lake or waking up at dawn to enjoy the quiet of an early morning. I love meeting new people, discovering new cultures and timeless traditions. I love curiosity in life. What makes my job special is having the opportunity to create images that document the most special days in someone else’s life. There are moments in our lifetime that deserve to last forever and their story should be told reflecting both the real-life experience and our dreams. My photographic style is based on an unconventional approach to modern wedding photojournalism, allowing me to capture every moment of your ceremony with elegance, discretion and sophistication. It's very important to me to convey emotions through my photographs, capturing details and wedding day atmosphere. My aim is to emphasize the spontaneity and the beauty of my subjects, captured in their naturalness among harmonious games of lights and shadows. I like to share this wonderful journey with the couple and establish a relationship of trust and confidence.
